Your complete satisfaction is always the number one priority. Onable gladly accepts the return of any unwanted merchandise (except Skin Care and Cosmetic products) within 14 days of receipt. Returned merchandise(s) must be in its original, unopened, conditions including original packaging and packaging slip. Simply Contact Us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any unwanted merchandise to us.
A full refund, less shipping cost, will be credited to the original form of payment placed for the order in 3 – 10 business days after the returned merchandise is received and inspected. Any opened or missing original package merchandise will not be refunded. In such returning of disqualified merchandise, customer must be responsible for shipping cost in order to retrieve the item or it will be kept at Onable.
In the event the returned merchandise is a part of an order which is eligible for free shipping, shipping cost for the particular will be deducted from the total refund amount. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information about shipping cost.
Also notice that shipping cost will not be refunded in the event of undelivered, unclaimed, returned, or refused unless Onable make errors in shipment.
In the event that merchandises appear to be error, damaged or defected, please contact us for exchange or full refund, including shipping cost, will be accepted in this case.
Unfortunately, Skin Care and Cosmetic products are non-returnable due to health reasons. Please make your selection carefully.
